Do I need to provide equipment?
No, our cleaners bring all professional equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products.
When will the cleaners arrive?
You select an arrival window (9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, or 3pm-6pm). We'll arrive within that window and call 30 minutes before.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Within 24 hours, a £25 fee applies.
Do you offer electrical and painting services?
Yes! We provide EICR, electrical installations, and full painting & decorating services. Contact us for a custom quote.
How do I manage my bookings?
All customers get access to our dashboard at /customer/dashboard.php where you can track jobs, view before/after photos, make payments, and more.
